The My Morning Manifesto Mug for Couples

Every manifesto needs a programme. This one has four points and fits on the back of a mug.

The heading on the front, the agenda on the back

The front reads my morning manifesto in a red serif, with morning in italics. It sounds like a plan. Discipline, cold showers, people who meditate at six. The back reveals what was actually agreed: yawn, coffee, make love, repeat.

Not one point requires leaving the house before ten. The order is open to negotiation. The repeat is not. A manifesto you can put into practice on a Saturday morning. Or a Sunday. Or both.

For couples who don’t make it to the kitchen before eleven on a Saturday. For a wedding anniversary, the first or the twentieth. For moving in together, as the first mug in the shared cupboard.
